Online Pulsejet Bag Filters Using Nonwoven Needle Felt Filter Media:
E, M & Q series bag filters are capable of handling in excess of 600 gm/Nm3 dust loads with guaranteed emission level of even less than 10 mg/Nm3, these bag filters are capable of handling dust having majority of particulate size > 10 µm. With membrane laminated filters, they can handle very fine dust particulates.

Online Pulsejet Bag Filters Using Spun-Bond Pleated Filter Media:
PL & PLQ series bag filters are capable of handling up to 100 gm/Nm3 dust loads with guaranteed emission level of even less than 10 mg/Nm3, these bag filters are capable of handling very fine dust at low pressure. These bag filters are also capable of handling dusts with very low material-density up to 100 kg/m3.
Features:
  • Very compact, will have 2.5 times more filter area per unit space as compared to needle felt filter bag filters.
  • Filter length of 1000 mm and 2000 mm reduces overall height of bag filter.
  • Modular construction, up to 2,650 m2 filter area in a single module, capacity range in excess of 2,500,000 m3/h with multiple modules.
  • Temperature rating up to 135 0C.
  • Uses low pressure compressed air, saves up to 50% in compressed air consumption compared to needle felt filters.

Offline Reverse Air Bag Filter Using Woven/Nonwoven Filter Media:
DFFA series bag filter is capable of handling up to 50 gm/Nm3 dust loads with guaranteed emission level of even less than 10 mg/Nm3, this bag filter is capable of handling very fine & light dust at low pressure. This bag filter is mainly used where the dust material density is less than 100 kg/m3.
Features:
  • Modular construction, up to 300 m2 filter area in a single module, capacity range in excess of 1,000,000 m3/h with multiple modules.
  • Single module application is restricted to intermittent duty only. For continuous duty application minimum of 4 modules are required.
  • Available in filter lengths from 1000 mm to 5000 mm.
  • Uses back flush of air blown by a blower along with mechanical vibration of filter media to clean the filters module by module. During the back flush, the air suction is shut off in the module (the module is off line).
  • Increased bag life due to low pressure cleaning.

Cyclones:
As a stand-alone mechanical dust collector, cyclones are not capable of satisfying the current emission control regulations. However, it finds application in following industrial purposes:
  • Classifiers to separate coarse and fine particulates.
  • As pre-filter to reduce the dust load to main dust collector.
  • Collection of grainy and lumpy materials in a lean phase pneumatic transport.
  • As a spark arrestor before a main dust collector.
Available in
  • DCCH series with pressure drop of 120 - 200 mmwc, having collection efficiency up to 90% for dust particulate size of 10 µm.
  • DCCA series with pressure drop of 75 -100 mmwc, having collection efficiency up to 80% for dust particulate size of 20 µm.
Compact De-Dusters Using Spun-Bond Pleated Filter Media:
Capable of handling up to 10 gm/Nm3 dust loads with guaranteed emission level of even less than 10 mg/Nm3, this bag filter is capable of handling very fine dust at low pressure. This bag filter is also capable of handling dusts with very low material density up to 100 kg/m3.
Features:
  • Very compact, with filter length of 500 mm & 1000 mm.
  • Available in 500 m3/h, 1000 m3/h, 2000 m3/h, 5000 m3/h and 10,000 m3/h with inbuilt fan capable of inducing (-) 200 mmwc pressure at bag filter inlet.
  • In-built silencer for < 80 dBA sound pressure.

Silo Vent Filters:
Capable of handling up to 100 gm/Nm3 dust loads with guaranteed emission level of even less than 10 mg/Nm3, this bag filter is capable of handling very fine dust at low pressure. This bag filter is also capable of handling dusts with very low material density up to 100 kg/m3. These are flush mounted on top of silo/bin to vent pneumatic transport air or to keep the silo/bin under negative pressure to prevent dust escape while silo/bin is being mechanically filled.

  • Very compact, with filter length of 1000 mm & 2000 mm.
  • Available in 2000 m3/h, 5000 m3/h, 10,000 m3/h, 15,000 m3/h & 20,000 m3/h with or without inbuilt fan.

B. Wet Type Dust Collectors:

Adjustable Throat "System Reither" Venturi Scrubbers:
Produced under Technical License from Reither Venturiwascher GmbH, Germany, System Reither Venturi Scrubber is used for fine dust separation in high moisture gas/air stream and for dust collection at high temperature, such as in Dryers, Incinerators, Reactors, Kilns etc.
Features:
  • Venturi scrubbers are sensitive to variations in dust particulate sizes, their distribution and gas flow. With the provision to adjust the venturi throat, desired efficiency can be attained even when actual conditions differ from the design parameters at site.
  • Collection efficiency of +99% is possible for dust particulate sizes of even 1 µm.
  • Capacity range up to 300,000 m3/h.
  • Temperature rating up to 1200 0C.
  • High performance nozzles for homogenous mixing of air/liquid.
  • Automated constant efficiency and constant ˆp under varying inlet flow conditions.
Hydrostatic Turbulent Contact Orifice Scrubbers:
DVTC scrubber is a pumpless wet scrubber operating under the principle of submerging the dust particulates in to the static water column by breaking the surface tension of water column through fan pressure induced turbulence at the well designed orifices. DVTC scrubber consumes very little water and the collected dust is disposed in sludge form.
Features:
  • Pumpless, hence requires least plumbing maintenance.
  • Collection efficiency of +90% is possible for dust particulate sizes of 10 µm.
  • Modular construction.
  • Capacity range up to 60,000 m3/h in single module, up to 300,000 m3/h in multiple modules.
  • Temperature rating up to 70 0C.
